1. General
The following general terms and conditions regulate the terms of contracts between the company sasa med GmbH (seller) and that of a legal, natural person or company (customer). Deviations from these regulations which have not been obtained with our express consent are ineffective. A binding purchase contract comes about through a binding order and the subsequent delivery. The usual tolerances apply to all information about quality, color, quantity, dimensions and weights. All offers are subject to change. All prices advertised on this website are given in euros (€) and include VAT. The respective shipping costs are added to the product prices.
2. Terms of payment
Payment is usually made on account, payable immediately. Payments are accepted in the following ways:
- Transfer
- PayPal
- When collecting the items in cash
3. Delivery terms
Delivery is usually 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. If the delivery is defective, contact the seller immediately. The shortage will be replaced at our expense.
4. Withdrawal
You can cancel your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the thing is left to you before the deadline – by returning the thing. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of the recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the item in good time. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned and any benefits drawn (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you cannot return or return the received performance and uses (e.g. benefits of use) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for the use made, insofar as the use or the deterioration can be attributed to handling the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. “Checking the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the thing to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you did not receive the consideration or a higher price of the thing at the time of the cancellation have made a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Not package items will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt.

Pursuant to Section 312 d (4) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), unless otherwise stipulated, the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not due to their nature are suitable for a return or can spoil quickly or their expiry date has passed. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the buyer bears the costs of the return if the value of the goods does not exceed an amount of € 40.00. If the value is higher, the seller bears the costs. If the purchase contract is canceled, the goods can be sent back at our expense within a period of 14 days after receipt.
5. Shipping conditions
For a delivery within Germany, the shipping costs amount to € 5.60, with an order value of € 50 they do not apply. For shipping costs to EU countries and internationally, please contact us directly.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of sasa med GmbH until full payment has been made.
7. Data protection
Only the data voluntarily provided by the customer will be used to process the order. Under no circumstances will the data be passed on to third parties.
